    • You can pay online using your Debit or Credit Card issued by any bank in Oman, through online banking.
  3. How long the order can be on hold?
    • The order can be on hold for a maximum of 30 days from the day the order was placed.
  4. Can I cancel the order after the transaction is made but before the product is delivered? If so, then how will be the refund process?
    • Yes, you can cancel the order 2 days before the scheduled delivery. You need to contact our customer support team on 2454 5658 for initiating the refund process.

  6. Can I cancel and return the product at the time of Delivery? If so, then will there be any charge on me?
    • Yes, you can cancel the order at the time of delivery provided the product is free from any damages and is covered in its original packaging. There will be no charges levied on the customer if the above conditions are fulfilled.
  7. What if there is a change or Mistake in the product that is delivered?
    • We can replace/exchange the product free of cost provided the product is free from any damage and is covered in its original packaging.
  8. Do I get Free Installation on all products?
    • Yes, you get free installation for all furniture products purchased from IDdesign Oman.
  9. How can I choose my convenient day and time of the delivery?
    • You can call our customer support team on 2454 5658 for scheduling delivery at a date and time convenient to you.
  10. Can the customer change the delivery address after he/she has purchased the product online?
    • Yes, you can call our customer support team on 2454 5658 to change the delivery address. The request should be made at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.
  11. Is there any limit on the weight of the product that I can purchase online?
    • No there is no limit on the weight of the product one can purchase online.
  12. Can someone else receive the delivery on the Customer’s behalf?
    • Yes, you can authorize another person to receive the delivery on behalf of you provided the person is above 18 years of age. The authorization must be made at least 2 days prior to the delivery.
  13. Can I place my order and pick it up from the store immediately?
    • Yes, you can place the order and pick it up from the store immediately if the product is available at our showroom. If the product is in warehouse, we need at least 48 hours to bring it to the store for pick up.
  14. What if I change my mind and want to return the items after delivery?
    • Yes, you can return the products within 14 days of purchase provided you have maintained the original receipt, the product is free from any physical damage and the product is not installed and in its covered in its original packaging.
  15. Are your prices inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)?
    • Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT.
  16. What is the minimum order value to place an order?
    • There is no minimum order value required to place an order online.

    • Yes, we do delivery across Oman.
  4. Do you deliver to countries outside the UAE?
    • No, currently we are not doing deliveries in UAE.

    • No, we do delivery across Oman.
  6. Does delivery take longer in some areas?
    • Yes, delivery depends on locations and some areas might take longer times to deliver. Please contact our customer support team on 2454 5658 for further details.
  7. Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock?
    • Yes, we have many products on backorder which can be ordered for a future delivery date even though currently it is out of stock in our showroom and warehouse.

    • Our stores are in Muscat and Salalah.
