Can I place an order without opening an online account?

Yes, but you'll lose the id rewards points, so we recommend you create an account on www.iddesignoman.com to order online.

What is the minimum order value to place an order?

There is no minimum order value required to place an order online.

Can I place an order for a product that is out of stock?

Yes, we have many products on backorder which can be ordered for a future delivery date even though currently it is out of stock in our showroom and warehouse.

Can I place my order and pick it up from the store immediately?

Yes, you can place the order and pick it up from the store immediately if the product is available at our showroom. If the product is in warehouse, we need at least 48 hours to bring it to the store for pick up.

How long can the order be on hold?

The order can be on hold for a maximum of 30 days from the day the order was placed.

Is my account and payment information secure?

Yes, we use the best in class technology to manage your confidential information and keep it secure.

What are various Payment Options?

You can pay online using your Debit or Credit Card issued by any bank in Oman, through online banking.

Are your prices inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Are the prices on your website different from the prices in-store?

No, the prices of all our products and accessories are the same online and in our showroom.

Do offers and promotions appear on your website?

Yes, we have special promotions and offers only for our online shop which are not available at our showroom. Many products are also available exclusively on our website.

No, there are no charges for delivery on all our online orders.

Do you deliver to countries outside Oman?

No, currently we are not doing deliveries outside Oman.

Can the customer change the delivery address after purchasing the product online?

Yes, you can call our customer support team on 2454 5658 to change the delivery address. The request should be made at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.

Can someone else receive the delivery on the Customer's behalf?

Yes, you can authorize another person to receive the delivery on behalf of you provided the person is above 18 years of age. The authorization must be made at least 2 days prior to the delivery.

Is there any limit on the weight of the product that I can purchase online?

No there is no limit on the weight of the product one can purchase online.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel the order after the transaction is made but before the product is delivered?

Yes, you can cancel the order 2 days before the scheduled delivery. You need to contact our customer support team on 2454 5658 for initiating the refund process.

Can I cancel and return the product at the time of Delivery?

Yes, you can cancel the order at the time of delivery provided the product is free from any damages and is covered in its original packaging. There will be no charges levied on the customer if the above conditions are fulfilled.

What if I change my mind and want to return the items after delivery?

Yes, you can return the products within 14 days of purchase provided you have maintained the original receipt, the product is free from any physical damage and the product is not installed and in its covered in its original packaging.

What if there is a change or mistake in the product that is delivered?

We can replace/exchange the product free of cost provided the product is free from any damage and is covered in its original packaging.

Do I get Free Installation on all products?

Yes, you get free installation for all furniture products purchased from IDdesign Oman.
