Any product purchased with gift voucher, discount card or loyalty program points will not be refunded in cash. Any refund to your purchase will be issued in the mode of payment done by the customer.

No exchange or refund will be accepted on mattresses and pillows due to hygiene reasons. Last piece, items purchased on clearance sale with special discount and "AS IS" basis cannot be returned or exchanged. The last items need to be checked for their condition prior to the purchase. Items that are already opened and assembled in the customer's house are not exchangeable. Custom made or any special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products should be checked at the time of purchase and delivery for their condition. No damage claim will be entertained afterwards.

Items purchased must be collected or delivered within 30 days, thereafter a storage charge of 5% of the invoice value per month is applicable for a maximum period of 6 months. IDdesign will not bear responsibility for any loss or damage of products beyond six months and reserves the right to sell items to defray costs.

In case of cancellation of delivery due to the customer's unavailability at the agreed time, a charge of OMR 50 for redelivery will be applicable. We shall endeavor to deliver the products by the expected date. However, we shall not be responsible for delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control.

One year warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear & tear or any damage from usage. Warranty is limited to the country in which the product was purchased.

Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of consumer protection authority and Omani law.

Exchange & return requests are accepted within 15 days of purchase provided the product is unused and returned in original condition.
An original purchase invoice must be produced for the exchange of any products.
