Delivery Policy
Terms and Conditions for Delivery:
- Delivery processing time for products in stock will be 3-7 days depending on the area.
- Delivery processing for products on back order will be done once the product is back in stock.
- Free delivery for all products across Sultanate of Oman.
- Delivery confirmation via sms or email.
- We will accept returns only if the product is in the original cartons, not opened or assembled.
under the current situation we can deliver only in Muscat at the moment but if your location is outside Muscat the delivery will be resumed once the isolation of Muscat ends. We are delivering outside the door of the customer at the moment due to covid 19 regulation. We will not install or assemble any products at the customer house at the momment because of the Covid 19 situation and please contact 80080888 for instructions on assembly avaialble from 10am – 6pm.
