• Items having manufacturing fault can be replaced with similar models of the items within 15 days of purchase.
• Customers should check and satisfy themselves with the conditions of the item purchased during delivery.
• Any physical damage to product will not be replaced .
• General merchandise should be in re-saleable condition and still in the original retail packaging.
• Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and it does not cover damage from usage.
• We give one year warranty for all the products from the date of purchase.
• Custom made products cannot be cancelled.
  
• Iddesign Oman reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
